Start your cryptocurrency experience by registering at app.gbtcfinance.es/register or using the QR code available in our shop. You will need to provide basic information including name, email, nationality and an identity document.
We offer a range of services including buying and selling cryptocurrencies, personalised advice, support for queries and initial training for those new to the world of cryptocurrencies.
In Badalona, we apply a commission of 8% on purchases and 5% on sales of cryptocurrencies. These fees may be adjusted according to market changes.
The initial limits depend on the level of KYC. For example, residents in Spain have a limit of 999€ per month, increasing to 9999€ for non-residents. When KYC 2 is reached, these limits increase significantly.
To advance to KYC level 2, upload three clear photos of your ID document to our web platform: one of the front, one of the back and a selfie with the document.
All transactions require a KYC verification process, which means that completely anonymous purchases are not possible.
It is important to bear in mind that P2P transactions may involve risks, including the possibility of fraud or scams.
