GBTC Finance transitions to USDC in line with MiCa

With the entry into enforcement of the MiCA (Markets in Crypto-Assets) regulation in the European Union, stablecoins that do not comply with the new regulatory requirements will no longer be available in the region. This regulation has a direct impact on USDT trading within GBTC Finance, which implies some key changes for our users as of March 31.

What will change after March 31, 2025?

Deposits: From this date, you will no longer be able to deposit USDT into your GBTC Finance account.
Withdrawals: If you have a balance in USDT, don't worry, you will be able to withdraw it at any time without any problem.
Transactions: All transactions with stablecoins within the platform, whether they are purchases, sales or deposits, will be made only with USDC.
